The heart behind Held in Light

How it all began

I've always felt drawn towards spirituality, but for a long time I couldn't quite work out where I fitted within that space.

Then I was introduced to crystals and meditation, and something just clicked.

It felt completely natural to me — as though I'd finally found something that made sense of all those things I'd been intuitively drawn towards for so long.

I began working with a local practitioner who introduced me to crystal healing, Angelic Reiki, meditation and spiritual development. Everything started to fall into place.

And from that journey, Held in Light was born.

What I believe

I believe, as Albert Einstein did, that everything is energy.

There are frequencies at work around us that we have little or no awareness of. For me, working with crystals and the angelic realm offers a way of connecting with deeply beneficial and healing frequencies.

Life will always have its ups and downs. I don't believe spirituality takes those away — but I do believe it can offer us a sense of peace, steadiness and connection as we move through them.

That is what I want Held in Light to offer.

A space to feel held

Whether you're coming for a healing, an intuitive reading, a Soul Circle or an experience with your people, I want you to feel that you've entered a safe, welcoming space.

A space where you can slow down.

Connect with yourself.

Release what you're ready to let go of.

And leave feeling calmer, more grounded and gently guided.

You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for when you arrive. You simply need to come as you are.

Beyond Held in Light

Behind Held in Light, I'm just Amy.

I'm married, a mum to my son and a dog mum to Olly. I also work full-time alongside building Held in Light — something I'm hoping, in time, will become a bigger part of my life alongside my family.

I'm building Held in Light with a lot of love, and with a simple hope: that it becomes a space where people feel safe enough to pause, reconnect and find a little more light.
